We work with several suppliers to bring you the best portable fans on the market. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which you can request a return or refund.<\/p><hr \/><h3>\ud83d\udecd\ufe0f Returns<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of the order date. The first return of each order is free (up to 5 free returns per month).<\/p><p><strong>Return conditions:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"translation-block\">All requests for returns must be made using our contact form or by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:service.client@aerago.com\" target=\"_self\">service.client@aerago.com<\/a>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>A return slip will be provided if the conditions are met.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>\ud83d\ude9a Delivery problems<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">We offer a full refund in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"translation-block\">\ud83d\udce6 Item damaged on receipt: please provide a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"translation-block\">\u274c Lost parcel: if the tracking indicates that the parcel cannot be found, we will issue a full refund.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"translation-block\">\u23f1\ufe0f Parcel not delivered within 35 days: if you do not receive your order within 35 days of dispatch, you are eligible for a refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>\u274c Non-refundable cases<\/h3><ul><li><p>Order placed more than 15 days ago without requesting a return.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Products that have been used, damaged by the user or returned without their original packaging.<\/p><\/li><li><p>More than 5 returns requested in the same month (only the first 5 are free).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>\ud83d\udcac Contact<\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">To request a return or refund, please contact us at  <u>service.client@aerago.com<\/u> or via our <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/a\u00e9rago.com\/demande-de-retour\/\" target=\"_self\">contact form<\/a><\/span> on the website.
