Refund policyAt AéraGo, your satisfaction is our priority. We work with several suppliers to bring you the best portable fans on the market. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which you can request a return or refund.
🛍️ Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of the order date. The first return of each order is free (up to 5 free returns per month).
Return conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
All requests for returns must be made using our contact form or by e-mail to service.client@aerago.com.
A return slip will be provided if the conditions are met.
🚚 Delivery problems
We offer a full refund in the following cases:
📦 Item damaged on receipt: please provide a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt.
❌ Lost parcel: if the tracking indicates that the parcel cannot be found, we will issue a full refund.
⏱️ Parcel not delivered within 35 days: if you do not receive your order within 35 days of dispatch, you are eligible for a refund.
❌ Non-refundable cases
Order placed more than 15 days ago without requesting a return.
Products that have been used, damaged by the user or returned without their original packaging.
More than 5 returns requested in the same month (only the first 5 are free).
